Configure the "Default Rule"
When defining behaviors for a new AMD configuration, the Default Rule is automatically comprised of all of the necessary and recommended behaviors.
It is a fixed rule, and it must be included in all AMD property configurations. (However, you can edit its individual behaviors, and add additional ones, as necessary.) In addition, the Default Rule has no Match Criteria, because its behaviors apply to all requests.
You can also apply optional rules with unique match criteria and behaviors. As requests that meet this match criteria are processed by this property configuration, the rule's behaviors are applied. Optional rules take precedence over the Default Rule—they're acted on first, but the behaviors you've set in the Default Rule are still applied, because they apply to all requests.
