Suppress a fired alert

To make the predictions adapt to the detected traffic, you can suppress the alert.

How to

  1. Go to > COMMON SERVICES > Alerts.
  2. In the My Alerts list, select the Adaptive alert you want to suppress.
    The alert's page opens.
  3. In the History tab, find the specific incident you want to suppress. Click Suppress Firing.
  4. To confirm, click Suppress Alert.

What you should see

The alert is suppressed and the designated recipients won't be notified about this incident.
