Changing CloudTest Conductor
Once a CloudTest Conductor has been installed on a machine, a version comparison happens whenever Conductor connects to CloudTest, and if an updated version is available an auto-upgrade begins. Auto-upgrade will download the ZIP, launch it, complete the install, and then finally launch and connect the Conductor to CloudTest. | |
To change Conductor settings, access the Setup screen through the OS-specific methods. For example, Windows users can right-click the running Conductor in Taskbar by right-clicking the Conductor icon and then selecting Configure... Mac OS X users can do the same via the Conductor > Preferences menu option.
If you have chosen to change settings, the process becomes like that of a normal CloudTest Conductor install once you click the Next button. Please refer to the topic, Installing CloudTest Conductor, to complete the re-install. |

Importing Site Certificates for HTTPS (Firefox)
For HTTPS recording using Firefox, or WebUI test playback using a custom Firefox profile, a certificate authority certificate provided with CloudTest Conductor must be imported into the browser in order to avoid recording problems (attached to this post). This is not necessary in those cases where HTTPS recording is being used to record WebUI compositions. Use the following platform specific instructions to import certificates: |
