View or Resubmit Previous ECCU Requests

To view previous refresh requests and their associated metadata:
  1. On the ECCU landing page, find the request that you want to view.
  2. Under Actions, click view to open the Refresh Request Metadata page. This page provides additional details about the request such as the status change date and the metadata as shown in this example.
To resubmit a successful refresh request:
Note: Only completed and successful requests can be resubmitted.
  1. Under Actions, click resubmit to preview the request on the Resubmit Request page. This page provides information about the resubmittal.
  2. When you’re ready, click Save to resubmit the request. New requests appear at the top of the ECCU landing page.
