Corner Cases

One “corner case” exists if an object is fetched and cached by way of two different digital properties. Under removal-based refresh, any client request for the object will cause it to be re-fetched.

Under the invalidate-based method, however, a client request for the object that does not match the criteria you set in the ECCU file will not cause it to be refreshed. The object is refreshed only when a client request occurs that matches the criteria you set using ECCU.
