CP codes, contracts, and products or services

A CP code has to be assigned to an active contract and a product or service before you can use it.

In all but a few exceptions, a CP code is assigned to only one contract and one product/service. Once created, the contract and product/service assignment can only be changed by contacting your account team.

Note: You can only delete CP codes that are not assigned to an active contract. To do that, contact your account representative.
