Discover applications

This feature lets an EAA administrator to obtain statistics for all of the applications associated with your clients within your organization.

The EAA Client provides the capability of discovering the different applications used by all the users associated with the tenant. The EAA IT administrator can use this information to provide access or disable access to some groups, teams within your company using the Set up services for applications. In addition, the administrator can see additional information for the each application, like its fully qualified domain name (FQDN), port, protocol, number of times accessed, number of users, number of EAA Clients (devices), time last accessed, and status of the application.

How to

  1. Log in to the Enterprise Application Access EAA Management Portal.
  2. From the top menu bar, click Clients > Discovered apps.
    All the applications discovered are displayed in a table, from the most accessed to the least accessed application.
  3. To get more information about the user, click on the carat in the FQDN column to get the number of users and devices.

  4. Click on the number next to USERS to get a user's name, process ID, process path, and last accessed data.
