Download and install the EAA Client on Windows systems

Download the EAA Client to a Windows 7 or Windows 10 Enterprise system.

Before you begin

Confirm that your environment meets the system and network requirements. You must be the Windows administrator to perform this task.

How to

  1. Go to, the IdP URL created to connect to applications.
    You may be prompted to authenticate using single sign-on (SSO).
  2. Click Download EAA Client .
  3. By default, the Login Portal provides you with the download option for your machine’s operating system. In this example it is Windows 64-bit.

    Note: If you already have the EAA Client installed on another portal, when this page appears click the blue Configure button to reset the client for the current portal. An authentication succeeded message appears indicating that you have installed the client.
  4. Click the Download button. After downloading the client, go to the location where you saved the client executable (.exe) file.
  5. Double-click the file to begin the installation.
  6. After the install completes, the EAA Client icon appears in your Windows taskbar.
