Troubleshoot stuck in connecting state
Self service steps to troubleshoot when EAA Client is stuck in connecting state.
After you have installed the EAA Client and configured it using the configuration wizard, if the tray icon is stuck in the connecting state (), run diagnostics and check there is network connectivity. If you have network connectivity, if the network type is Captive portal, authenticate with the captive portal web page. The EAA Client icon should change to connected state (). If it still stuck in connecting state, re-run diagnostics, and contact support.
