Logs for troubleshooting connector migration issues

Keep these logs ready for troubleshooting connector migration issues with Akamai support.

If you have problems migrating connectors for the applications, or migrating connectors for directories have the following information:
  1. eaa_sdk.log file
  2. console log file
  3. csv file of application connector mapping data
  4. Name of the tenant
  5. Application or directory that fails deployment

Then contact support for assistance.
