Perform a manual directory sync in EAA

Enterprise Application Access (EAA) has an automatic directory synchronization time of six hours. Currently, this sync time is not adjustable, but you can perform a manual sync if necessary.

How to

  1. Log in to the EAA Management Portal as an administrator.
  2. From the top menu bar select Identity > Directories.
  3. Locate the directory card that you want to modify.
  4. Click the synchronization icon (the green arrows).
    A banner appears at the top of the page stating Directory sync initiated, indicating that manual synchronization has started. The length of time it takes to complete the sync process depends on the size and complexity of the directory structure.
