Troubleshoot certificates

Learn more about how to make sure access to your applications is not affected by certificates.

See Certificates in EAA and Certificate-based authentication in the IdP to learn more about certificate services EAA supports.

Some certificate-related problems you might encounter include:
  • Browsers. Access to applications may be denied by browser settings. To troubleshoot see Troubleshoot certificate issues with Mozilla Firefox.
  • Expiration.Access to applications may be denied by expired certificates. To troubleshoot see Check the expiration date of an SSL certificate. If you have used certificates for applications or identity providers, 14 days before they expire, the applications will be changed to "Deployment Not Ready" state. You should renew the certificate before expiry and re-deploy the application, although the application or IdP would work fine during the expiration warning period.
