Enable or disable remote debugging for a connector

Before you begin

In order to Test connector connectivity to applications with troubleshooting tools Enterprise Application Access (EAA) connector connectivity to applications troubleshooting tools you must enable remote debugging.

This is different than the function of service/debug mode. To learn more about troubleshooting EAA in general, seeEnable service/debug mode.

How to

  1. Log in to the Enterprise Application Access (EAA) Management Portal.
  2. From the top menu bar, click Connectors.
  3. Select a connector from the list and click Settings.
  4. To enable, select the Remote debugging enabled checkbox. To disable, deselect.
    Note: After resolving the issue, deselect the option to disable it again, which is the default value. This option must be unchecked unless you are working with support to solve connector issues.
  5. Click Save changes.
