Troubleshoot IdP configuration errors from the application deployment status page.

Before you begin

Make sure the identity provider (IdP) is configured and deployed. See Deploy the identity provider and Troubleshoot IdP configuration errors from the IdP deployment status page.

When you Deploy the application before the identity provider (IdP) configuration is properly complete, error messages appear on the application deployment status page. Complete this procedure to view and troubleshoot configuration issues.

How to

  1. Log in to the Enterprise Application Access (EAA) Management Portal
  2. From the top menu bar click Applications > [Your application card] > Settings > Deployment.

  3. In this example the identity server is not deployed. Click Deploy the identity server and complete the configuration.
