Troubleshoot page not working issues

If you access an EAA application from your external domain you may see a “This page isn’t working” alert:
Page not working message

If you see this message, first check to determine what a user is trying to access. This is usually because the external URL is not pointing to the correct EAA CNAME. For example, this CNAME is pointing to an A record instead of the CNAME:
CNAME pointing to an A record

To fix the issue, create a CNAME entry in the external DNS that points to the EAA CNAME. For example:
Pointer to EAA CNAME

How to

  3. Click the application card for the application you want to configure. The application information appears.
  4. Click Settings > GENERAL.
  5. Scroll down to the External host name field to find the correct CNAME information for your domain.
