If you are working with support, professional services, or an Akamai representative to resolve an EAA issue, you can enable service/debug mode to allow Akamai to remotely troubleshoot the issue.
Service/debug mode gives Akamai write access to your organization’s Enterprise Application Access (EAA) account. Enable or disable this setting from the EAA Management Portal in . For more information see Enable service/debug mode. When enabled, an edit icon appears at the top of the application to indicate that this feature is enabled.
Note: Service/debug mode is not available to Trial customers.
