Enable service/debug mode

An Enterprise Application Access (EAA) administrator can enable service/debug mode to allow Akamai to troubleshoot an issue. This setting gives an Akamai internal user write access to your organization’s EAA account.
Note: Service/debug mode is not available to Trial customers

How to

  1. Log in to the Enterprise Application Access (EAA) Management Portal as an administrator.
  2. From the top menu bar click System > Settings > Akamai Remote Support.
  3. To enable, select Enable Service/Debug Mode. To disable, deselect the field.
  4. Click Save & Exit.
    An edit icon appears at the top of the application to indicate that debug mode is enabled.
