Add public IP gateways to an IdP

How to add outbound web gateway IP addresses or subnets to an identity provider

To allow IdP to recognize public IP gateways that end users are connected to, you must add these public subnets as a list in the IdP advanced settings. This enables the IdP to classify these inbound connections as on premise traffic.

How to

  1. Log in to the EAA Management Portal.
  2. From the top menu bar, select Identity > Identity Providers.
  3. Locate the IdP card to which you want to add the list of public subnets.
  4. Click Settings > Advanced Settings.
  5. In On premise subnets, enter an outbound web gateway IP address or subnet. Click Add more, to add additional subnets.
  6. Click Save and go to Deployment to deploy the IdP.
