Test connectivity between the directory and connector
Troubleshoot directory issues by first determining if the directory is
reachable by the connector.

EAA, see Directories.
Note: This procedure does not support the Cloud Directory
service.
How to
Log in to the EAA Management
Portal as an administrator.
From the top menu bar select Identity > Directories.

Locate the directory card you
want to test and click Directory
diagnostics (stethoscope icon) > Test
Connectivity.
An error or success message appears. If the directory is
not reachable, continue with troubleshooting.EAA directory

Make sure that the connector associated with the directory is the one you
expect.
To view the connectors associated with the directory, return to the
directory card you want to test.
Click Settings > Connector > Associated connectors. If you need to add or remove a connector, click
Add or remove a connector.
Make sure your directory
configuration is up to date. Return to the directory card and click Sync.
Test the connectivity again. Click Diagnostics (stethoscope icon) > Test Connectivity.
An error or success message appears. If the directory is not reachable,
continue with troubleshooting.
