Allow Akamai Support to view activity reports

You can allow Akamai Support to view the DNS, Proxy, and Identity Provider Activity reports. With this access, Akamai Support can better assist your organization to quickly find resolutions to issues.

If you granted Akamai Support administrator access to your organization’s ETP configuration, this view permission is also granted.

How to

  1. In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select General Settings > Support Access.
  2. Enable Allow Akamai Support to Access Activity Reports.
  3. Click Save.
