Revoke Access to Akamai Support

If you grant Akamai Support access to your organization's Enterprise Threat Protector configuration, you can revoke this access at any time. You must be an ETP administrator to perform this task.

How to

  1. In the navigation menu, select Configuration > Utilities. Click the Support Access tab.
    Note: If you are trying the new Enterprise Center interface, in the navigation menu, select General Settings > Support Access.
  2. Click Revoke.
