Enable or disable remote debugging for a connector
To troubleshoot identity connector
connectivity in Enterprise Threat Protector (ETP), you
must enable remote debugging. Enabling remote debugging allows you to run a troubleshoot
utility. To troubleshoot an identity connector, see Troubleshoot identity connector connectivity.
How to
- In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select .
- Hover over a connector and click the edit icon for an identity connector.
- Enable the toggle for remote debugging.
- Click the Save check mark icon.
Enable remote debugging for multiple identity connectors
You can perform a bulk action to enable
remote debugging for multiple identity connectors. This operation is available in the
Enterprise Center user interface only.
How to
- In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select .
- In the top menu, click the bulk action icon.
- Click the bulk action icon and select Enable Remote Debugging from the menu.
- Select the identity connectors that you want to enable with remote debugging.
- Click Enable Remote Debugging.
Disable remote debugging for multiple identity connectors
You can perform a bulk action to disable
remote debugging for multiple identity connectors. This operation is available in the
Enterprise Center user interface only.
How to
- In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select .
- In the top menu, click the bulk action icon.
- Click the bulk action icon and select Disable Remote Debugging from the menu.
- Select the identity connectors that no longer require remote debugging.
- Click Disable Remote Debugging.
