Edit a file hash list

Complete this procedure to modify a file hash list. After making modifications to a list, you must deploy configuration changes to the Enterprise Threat Protector (ETP) network

You must be an ETP super administrator, a delegated administrator, or a tenant administrator to perform this task. If you are a delegated or tenant administrator, you can edit a file hash list that you created or that you are allowed to access.

How to

  1. In the navigation menu, select Configuration > Lists.
    Note: If you are trying the new Enterprise Center interface, in the navigation menu, select Policies > Lists.
  2. Click the name of the file hash list that you want to edit or click the edit icon that appears when you hover over the list. The list configuration page appears.
  3. To modify the name or description of the list, enter a new name or description into the corresponding field.
  4. To add a file hash, enter the hash in the provided field. Make sure the hash is in SHA-256 format.
  5. To remove a file hash, click the delete icon that’s associated with the hash.

  7. Click Save.
