Akamai Support Access

To troubleshoot or debug an issue, you can grant Akamai Support temporary administrative access to your organization's configuration of Enterprise Threat Protector (ETP). With the Support Access feature, you can select the amount of time that you want to allow Akamai Support to access your organization's ETP account. These times are available:

  • 1 hour
  • 1 day
  • 1 month
  • 1 year

You can also grant Akamai Support permission to view the DNS, Proxy, and Identity Provider Activity reports. When enabled, Akamai Support can view and filter data in this report. If you grant Akamai Support administrative privileges, this view permission is automatically granted. If you choose not to give Akamai Support administrative privileges, you can grant view permission to the reports.

When Support Access is granted, the Enterprise Center interface shows an icon in the top bar to indicate that this feature is currently enabled.

After Support Access expires, this icon no longer appears.
