Grant administrative access to Akamai Support

You can grant Akamai Support temporary, administrative access to your organization's Enterprise Threat Protector (ETP) configuration.

To revoke access, see Revoke Access to Akamai Support.

How to

  1. In the navigation menu, select Configuration > Utilities. Click the Support Access tab.
    Note: If you are trying the new Enterprise Center interface, in the navigation menu, select General Settings > Support Access.
  2. In the menu, select one of the following time periods:
    • 1 hour
    • 1 day
    • 1 month
    • 1 year
  3. Click Save.
