Clear DNS cache

ETP DNS servers cache domains to quickly resolve requests. If a domain resolves to a new IP address, you can clear the domain from ETP DNS servers. After you complete this task, the domain can then resolve to the correct IP address.
Note: This operation is currently only available when you try Enterprise Threat Protector (ETP) with the new Enterprise Center interface. It is not available in the original ETP interface. For more information on Enterprise Center, see Enterprise Center.

How to

  1. In the navigation menu, select General Settings > Clear DNS Cache.
  2. In the provided field, enter the domain.
  3. Click Clear DNS Cache. The operation completes in two to three minutes.
