Customer Insights Access Levels

Customer Insights includes two different access levels: Customer Advanced User and Customer Basic User. By default, each organization that subscribes to Customer Insights is limited to 10 accounts of each type (10 Advanced User accounts and 10 Basic User accounts). That means that it's important to understand the differences between the two access levels, and to help you determine which user should be assigned to which access level. And, coincidentally enough, we just happen to have a table listing some of those key differences:

Obviously these access levels affect the tasks you are able to carry out within the product. They also affect the product’s look and feel. For example, here are the options available to an Advanced User when viewing a Dashboard:
