My Customers Are Reporting Service Issues

If you are receiving support calls from customers about degraded service, you can use RUM reports to:

  • Find out which customers are experiencing performance issues. You can do this by running the Dimension Report for a single metric and comparing the top five dimension values that display.

  • Compare performance between different values within the same dimension to determine possible causes for the issue.
  • Correlate data received from other monitoring solutions regarding the issue.
