Accessing RUM Reports

This section describes how to access and work with RUM reports.
Note: You can view the reports on all browsers supported on the portal. For details, refer to RUM Dashboard Supported Browsers.

How to

  1. Verify that RUM has been enabled and activated for your configuration. If the RUM configuration has not been enabled, complete the tasks in the Enabling and Testing RUM in the Portal Configuration Application.
  2. Log in to Control Center (https://control.akamai.com/).
  3. Go to > COMMON SERVICES > Traffic reports > Real user monitoring (classic).
  4. Select the desired report type (Summary, Dimension, Comparison).
  5. Select the following report criteria in this order:
    1. Date Range
    2. Host
    3. URL
  6. Click Apply (see Viewing Trends).
