Why is the beginning of my stream truncated?
With a multiple-bit-rate stream, an event’s first three GOPs are discarded to ensure the timestamps of all bit rate stream GOPs are in alignment, which results in a truncation.
This GOP check is also performed for single-bit-rate streams. In these cases, if you wish to turn the feature off, your Account Representative can do this. However, multiple bit rates for the stream will no longer be supported.
