Incorrect object

Sometimes a wrong or stale object appears, possibly because of content, network or other issues. Examine these tables below to find probable causes of an incorrect object being delivered and learn how to investigate them.

Important: Before you begin to troubleshoot, collect the data to troubleshoot with the View User Diagnostic Data tool.
Content issues

The ARL syntax is wrong Check ARL syntax
The object does not exist on origin server Check that the object exists on the origin server
Network issues

The object is corrupt in the Akamai server cache Check that the object is not corrupt
The object is still in the local browser cache Ask the end user to clear the browser cache
